Recently I was reading the newspaper and ran across that question being asked in the "Ask Marilyn" column. Do you know what the response was? "Normal".

Oh boy. That explains a lot.

I see people all the time who claim to want change, but who don't want to change anything. "I'm anxious, but I don't want to do things to relax." "I resent what all the screen time is doing to me, but I need to stay informed." "I want to lose weight, but I don't want to feel hungry, change my diet or go to the gym."

It's often misattributed to Einstein and I don't know about "insanity", but the "gist" of this is certainly captured by this common quote:

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

If you don't like the results you are getting YOU ARE GOING TO NEED TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENTLY.

Clear enough?
