Hello!

I hope you are weathering this crazy year of 2020 as best as possible. I know that for many people, anxiety and sleep problems are through the roof right now. With as much turmoil, uncertainty and "churn" as we are all experiencing, I think it's probably a very rare person who is not seeing some increase in uncertainty and discomfort.

The Hypnotechs office has been mostly closed for much of the summer, but I am happy to say that the "down time" was productive and educational for me. (read on). But I am now beginning to reopen to new bookings (with restrictions in place).

So, if you need a break from it all, need to chill a bit and want to take a break from carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, think about coming in for a session this fall!
